Adelphi Alumni
November 2023
Dear Panthers,

There is a lot to be grateful for in the upcoming season, especially our opportunities to get together with friends, loved ones, and Panthers. In the New Year, the Alumni Relations team has our eyes on TRAVEL and doing what we love most—gathering with YOU to share stories, reminisce and make connections. The Momentum 2 Tour will make stops all around the country starting in February. We hope to see you in your town!

This month's alumni newsletter brings you two special reasons to tune into the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, an opportunity to share your sentimental holiday recipes and more alumni spotlights and benefits.

Enjoy this kickoff to the holiday season and a wonderful celebration of gratitude with your loved ones.

With Panther Pride,

Megan Stewart, director
& Jenn Maron ’17, associate director

ADELPHI NEWS
Will Coss ’17 came to Adelphi in 1998 to pursue an education in communications and, like most undergrads, expected to graduate with classmates four years later. But, when an offer from MTV landed in his lap in his senior year, he grabbed it. By 2014, he was working at Nickelodeon as the vice president of Live Event Television. And in 2017, Will returned to Adelphi and worked with his professors to finally graduate with his bachelor's degree.

Today, Will is the Executive Producer for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (and their 4th of July fireworks). You can see him on a recent episode of the Today Show talking about this year's floats.

Watch for the Sesame Street-themed float this year because another Adelphi alum, Sebastiano Ricci ’20, is Ernie. Ever since navigating a unique college experience at Adelphi, Sebastiano has been living out his passion as a professional puppeteer.

We are so proud of our alumni and hope you'll enjoy this year's parade even more, knowing that some fellow Panthers are behind the magic.
