News From Adelphi’s Robert B. Willumstad School of Business

Spring 2026

Greetings from the Willumstad School of Business!

In this issue of Business@Adelphi, we share two stories that demonstrate how Adelphi students get involved outside the classroom to develop the professional acumen sought by global business leaders.

First up, we highlight Willumstad’s long history with the coed business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi and the trip to its national conference in Palm Springs, California, that students attended with our support. Then we shine a light on our Flex MBA’s Problem-Solving Days, which reflect our commitment to developing our students’ ability to tackle business challenges, honing the skills employers tell us are most in demand. You can also read about the impressive accomplishments of our faculty members and alumni.

Please join us at our upcoming events—like the Hagedorn Lecture on Corporate Social Responsibility on February 5, which will feature co-owner of the New York Islanders Jon Ledecky and renowned athletic footwear executive Gene McCarthy. We’re excited about a great semester ahead, and we hope you’ll be a part of it!
