Dear Friend,
This month, I’m pleased to invite you to read our new 2023–2024 President’s Report, Changes That Change Lives. In it, we look back at a year filled with historic milestones reached by our extraordinary community: rising enrollment, a record-breaking first-year class, athletics championships, and our largest-ever fundraising campaign—all achievements resulting from Adelphi University’s life-changing mission.
We continue to set the bar even higher as we enter the final stretch of the spring semester. Another terrific year for Adelphi University Athletics includes top national rankings and conference accolades. Our annual Giving Day is one week away, providing opportunities to make a direct impact on our students and the University’s future. And Adelphi proudly recognizes the 30th anniversary of our prestigious Honors College with two features: a conversation between the current and former Honors deans and a video in which Dean Emeritus Richard Garner, PhD, shares his lasting vision for the school.
There is still time to register for our annual Writers & Readers Festival on April 4 and 5, which features panels and keynotes with award-winning actress Sarah Jessica Parker, Alice Hoffman ’73, ’02 (Hon.), Alex DeMille and other bestselling authors. I hope you will join us for this terrific literary celebration.
All the best, |
