I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to share some exciting updates and accolades from Adelphi University's Robert B. Willumstad School of Business as we celebrate the completion of another milestone year.


Honors and Rankings:

  • Poets&Quants recently ranked our Willumstad School of Business among the top undergraduate business schools.

  • U.S. News & World Report recognized Adelphi for the seventh consecutive year as a Best College Among National Universities, coming in at No. 189 for 2025. Additionally, we moved up 29 spots this year in the Best Undergraduate Business Programs rankings and were again recognized as a Best Part-Time MBA Program.

  • The Princeton Review named Adelphi among the Best Northeastern Colleges for 2024, recognizing our robust academic offerings, including the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business, which earned a spot as a Best Business School for 2024 for the ninth consecutive year.

  • The Wall Street Journal ranked Adelphi the Top University on Long Island for 2025, emphasizing initiatives promoting career readiness and exceptional student outcomes.
  • Forbes ranked Adelphi University as the Top Private University on Long Island.

  • Times Higher Education World University Rankings ranked Adelphi in the top 4% of universities in the nation, with exceptional scores in academic reputation and international outlook.

  • Money once again included us in their rankings recognizing education quality, affordability, and graduate earning power, awarding us a four-star rating.

Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives:

  • We are proud to announce our involvement as a Founding Member of the INFORMS Meeting of Analytics Program Directors, a prestigious recognition for academic programs in analytics. This builds on our existing commitment to business analytics through our sponsorship of the Innovative Applications in Analytics Award.

  • We continue our three-year partnership with Citrin Cooperman and HIA-LI on the Long Island Economic Summit, an influential event that brings together more than 300 business professionals annually.

  • We are also excited about our fifth year of partnership with Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Germany for the TAVEC (Trans-Atlantic Virtual Exchange and Collaboration) project.

  • The Willumstad School’s leading role in Adelphi’s Two Museums Program: United We Stand exemplifies our commitment to reducing inequalities as part of our societal impact efforts. 

Cutting-Edge Research

These accomplishments reflect the dedication and hard work of our faculty, students and staff as we continue to build a world-class business education at Adelphi. We are incredibly proud of these recognitions and excited about the opportunities they provide for our 630 undergraduate students and nearly 300 graduate students, our 19,000 alumni, and the broader business community.
