What excites me most about being dean of the College of Professional and Continuing Studies (CPCS) is the opportunity to serve learners of all ages and stages in life. Our nondegree certificate programs in allied health and technology can launch a career for someone just out of high school or provide a boost and new direction for midcareer professionals. Our bachelor’s degree completion programs offer those with some college but no degree a convenient and cost-effective way to finish what they started, advancing their careers or preparing them for graduate school. And our master’s degree in emergency management equips leaders across industries to plan and manage a range of risks—a crucial skill for today’s organizations.
As we continue to expand opportunities and forge new paths for our students, I look forward to seeing how CPCS graduates shape the future in their communities and beyond.
