Dear Alum,
Spring is my favorite time to be on campus! Students relax and gather on the lawn surrounded by daffodils and cherry blossoms. Seniors count down to graduation. Exciting annual events start to ramp up—like Take Back the Night, to raise awareness about sexual assault, and Relay For Life, to help the American Cancer Society fight cancer.

Our alumni office is busy, too! Our survey was launched a few weeks ago, and we have been excited about the level of participation. Check your email and join your fellow alumni in taking the survey today before it closes on Friday, April 28.
We are preparing for our 2023 President’s Gala in June, planning all the stops on President Riordan’s Momentum 2 tour, and gearing up for Adelphi’s biggest fundraising event of the year—Giving Day 2023.
This April 19, our sixth annual Giving Day will bring together Adelphi students, parents, friends, alumni, faculty and staff in the spirit of our University’s mission—to transform students' lives by creating an amazing future for them. And we’re honoring Adelphi’s founding year of 1896 by striving to break fundraising records in 1,896 minutes—from 4:24 a.m. on April 19 until 12:00 noon on April 20.
Below, I share highlights of our campaigns, inspiring stories of why our alumni give back, and all the ways you can join our community to give, advocate, challenge, match and raise funds for any of our inspiring Adelphi causes. In honor of our founding year, in memory of all you gained from your Adelphi experience and for the chance to significantly impact the lives of future Panthers, I hope you’ll join us.

Choose Adelphi Athletics
Each year Adelphi's 18 NCAA Division II teams—from baseball to volleyball and everything in between—participate in Giving Day to raise funds for equipment, training and competitions.
This year's goal is to raise $100,000, including a $20,000 swimming challenge.

As a scholarship donor, I am now able to ‘pay it forward’ and give members of today’s track and field teams the same kind of financial support I received as a student-athlete at Adelphi."

Choose Student Research
Adelphi's new Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Works guides students to (and mentors them through) rigorous scholarly and creative research experiences. Donations will directly offset the cost of life-changing, career-enriching experiences for students in all disciplines.
This year's goal is to raise $10,000, including a $5,000 match.

The University wouldn’t be what it is today without the ongoing, unrestricted support of the Adelphi Fund.
There truly is one gift that can help every student, every classroom, every academic program, every corner of our campus and every aspect of the Adelphi experience.
